DMARC report analyzer
Drop the DMARC aggregate reports you receive (XML, .xml.gz or .zip) and see who sends email as your domain, what fails and what to fix.
Read in your browser only – reports are never uploaded. Select several files to combine them.
What are DMARC aggregate reports?
When your DMARC record has a rua=mailto: address, Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft and others send daily XML reports listing every server that sent mail
as your domain and whether SPF and DKIM passed. They are hard to read by hand – this page turns them into a short list of what to fix.
How to read the result
- Passing – aligned SPF or DKIM: fine.
- Authenticated, but not as your domain – usually a newsletter, CRM or helpdesk that needs custom DKIM.
- Failing – a forgotten server or someone spoofing you. Enforcement (
p=quarantine/reject) blocks these.
No reports yet? Create a DMARC record with a report address, then come back in a day or two.
Rather not touch DNS? I set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC without breaking your other senders,
with a before/after report.
