SPF, DKIM and DMARC for Zoho Campaigns

Short answer: Zoho Campaigns mail passes Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft checks when you turn on DKIM with your own domain, add include:zcsend.net to your one SPF record and publish a DMARC record at _dmarc (start with p=none). The exact records and clicks are below.

SPF	TXT at `@`	v=spf1 include:zcsend.net ~all That is the default data centre. EU accounts use `include:eu.zcsend.net`, India `include:zcsend.in`, China `include:zcsend.net.cn`. Zoho Mail for your mailboxes is separate (see the Zoho Mail guide): both includes go in the same record.
DKIM	CNAME / TXT	TXT record at a numeric host name Zoho Campaigns generates (it looks like `2232._domainkey`), with the key shown on the setup screen.
DMARC	TXT at `_dmarc`	v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:dmarc@yourdomain.com Start with `p=none` and a mailbox you read, or a free report address that turns the reports into a dashboard; build your own.

Step by step

In Zoho Campaigns add your sender address under Settings → Deliverability → Manage Senders.
Open Settings → Deliverability → Domain Authentication and copy the SPF and DKIM TXT records for your domain.
Add the SPF include to your one SPF record at @, and the DKIM TXT record at the host name shown.
Back in Zoho Campaigns click Verify Domain.
No DMARC record yet? Publish one at _dmarc with p=none.

Mistakes that break it

Only one SPF record per domain: add include:zcsend.net after v=spf1 in the record you already have instead of creating a new one.
If your DNS panel adds the domain for you, enter only the key part (2232._domainkey), not the full name.
Sending from a subdomain such as mail.yourdomain.com? The DKIM host becomes 2232._domainkey.mail.

Check that it worked

After the fix, keep an eye on it: free DMARC monitoring shows every service that sends mail as your domain and which ones fail, in plain English.
